Pale straw with lime hues in appearance with a nose of fresh lime, lemon curd, cashew nuts and honeysuckle. A fresh youthful palate with flavous of lime, pear and grapefruit. Hints of gunflint and marzipan add to the wines complexity and are balanced by a finely focused, bright, chalky acidity leading to a great persistance of flavour.
A classic Yarra Valley Chardonnay with aromas of citrus and stone fruits. White peach and nectarine characters are layered with hints of dried figs on the nose. The palate is focussed and bright, with almond nougat and cashew flavours adding further layers. Barrel fermentation, ageing and lees stirring play a subtle role, building texture and complexity. Delicate acidity builds length supporting the vibrant fruit characters.

Stone fruit and citrus notes dominate the nose, and continue onto the palate. The palate shows restraint and subtlety, with flavours of lemon zest and grapefruit, with a biscuity note. There is also intensity and weight to the palate, held in check by a seam of crisp acid that keeps it fresh and tight.
