From the slopes of the famed hill of Corton this Grand Cru is a very powerful wine showing a beautiful straw colour in the glass. It is rich and opulent with aromas of vanilla and woodspice swirling from the glass. This is big and fat with those vanilla and woodspice coming through in the mouth along with smoky flavours. A luxuriant wine with a beautiful future.

The intense mineral aromas of the 2003 Corton-Charlemagne (white) lead to a medium-bodied, seamless core of fruit. Silky-textured, it offers flavors reminiscent of grilled minerals, oak spices, and crisp pears. This fresh, well-structured effort.
